Banks & Retail Centers

Bank of NC:  Client Lead helping this financial institution achieve their original goal of opening up in High Point, NC.  Took two amazing facilities from Due Diligence through Doors Open.

BB&T:   Managed the roll-out program geographically centered around Georgia.  Part of a program that was opening 80 locations in a year.  This role was more about Land Development than the adaptation of a Kit-of-Parts.

Shopping Centers:  Client Lead for Ben Carter Properties.  Completed a 100-acre Power Center in Atlanta, GA among many other smaller developments.

All work completed on the consulting side:  Banks with Lambert Architecture, Shopping Centers with Preston Phillips.
