Director of Design for Buffalo Wild Wings. There is always the first of a new concept that gets built near the Headquarters.  This was an old Lobster Shack that had been many other things before and I dare say, many of you would not enter.  With our renovation, it was an instant success.

This embodies Bobby Pancakes' (Franchisee) Quote: 'It's better to eat at a bar, than drink at a restaurant'.  The bar vibe is where we wanted to land, and I know we hit the mark.

Special Thanks to the internal team and Torrence Lindell.  This was his project and, with the help of Blake Emerson and the folks at Design and Engineering, it simply couldn't have gone better.
